Need help Identifying this OMC... Is it a 800 or a 400?

It sits in a 1980 Crusiers Holiday 22
Engine OMC Model: 990260S1 Engine W Serial 657257 with OMC 200 On the valve covers; Stamped on Engine GM 348260 31 gm s

Stern Drive Tag shows: 909277 981324 Below that M with a circle and then 2
Top Drive Model: 982435 SN: W208622

So is it a OMC 800 or a 400 or a Cobra?
Also what size engine is it? (Sounds like a 5.0L to me but I don't know for sure.)

OMC 200 on the valve covers implies 200 hp, which would be a Chev 305. V8 makes it an 800. Cobras came out in '86
