Since I fell behind in this project, I am trying to get some things done after work. I have about 2 and a half hours of sunlight once I can get home and get started. I am wondering, if I were to put that 1 coat of epoxy on the bottom of the deck, how long would it take to dry enough for me to place on the boat?

It would have 1-2 hours of daylight to cure, maybe an hour or two more before the evening dew sets in. So, could I at least pick it up to place bottom side up in boat to allow it to dry under the cover? Could I place bottom side down also?

Another thing; I went to Lowes and HD and they only carry 1 type of 15/32 or 1/2" non-treated plywood. Every piece seems a little bowed at best. Now, I bought my 1st deck piece at HD and it had slight bowing. It layed very well though up until I glassed it. Could that slight initial bowing have been a big contributing factor? I have called around to some other lumber yards but most of them are closed on weekends and early during the week. Such a pain to get it from those places but I will if I have to.

Thanks.
