Need help on what fiberglass to use!!

Hey guys, going to be getting started on replacing my stringers and transom real soon and need help on what fiberglass I need to use and how many layers to put on them. Going to use the polyester resin from us composites. I also need to know how to make my fillet and what to use for gluing the plywood together on the transom. First restoration project so I could use the help. Thanks
