can anyone tell me the year of the outboard and secondly the model of the carb i think its a twenty no model plate was not there when purchased. then engine will only run on full choke and slighty bogs down and seems to be lacking power. ok at slower speed but still needs full choke. the more the choke is out the better it runs . revs very well in no gear and pumps plenty of water new plugs, petrol filter, fuel line and bulb any ideas people of how to fix this
