Need help re. Oil injection removal

I LOST MY OLD ANSWERS.
I HAVE A 1998 EVINRUDE 35HP 3 CYLINDER WITH THE OMS OF OIL INJECTION.
I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO REMOVE IT AND NOT TO REMOVE IT BY SOME.
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME OPINIONS ON THIS SITUATION.

Remove the tank and mixer.----Then join hose from pumps to the carburetor.----Leave wiring as is.-----Most dealers would tell you to remove it as it is not reliable !!

Thanks guys for the help. I have sold the boat but I want to tell the buyer that the oil inj. system should probably be removed.
