Need help restoring a 1985 Four Winns 195 Horizon Cuddy 3.7L 170Hp Mercruiser engine

I will try to send out some pictures next week. I need to take out the seats, carpet and look at the floor. I did notice some rot (marked in Red) in front of the engine and floor area on both sides.

When u notice rot from the topside, there is usually alot more you dont see yet. Youre gonna have to remove the old deck and see whats up. We've all been there and done that.....

I figured that much. Does anyone have a PDF manual, photos, or videos on how to restored the deck or haul? I would like to have something I can use as reference. I have an idea on what needs to be done by reading all the threads.. I just don't want to go at it blind.

go thru links 14, 15, 18, 2, 3, 4a, and 4b in their entirety and in that order. look at every video and photo. do not skip anything.

after that, you will have the information you need to restore your deck and hull.

You can search Friscoboater on youtube, he did a full restore here on a Sea Ray bowrider with detailed videos.....most bowriders are built similar, just different stringer layouts, but the repair procedures are all the same for a wood encapsulated glass boat.
