the engine i have is a 1998 mariner v6 250 efi offshore, the gearcasing leaked water into it and had been sitting all winter and is now seized
it should be able to use a gearbox from a mercury 200/225/250 I have the casting number for the gearbox
the casing cast number 1623-822442.C it also has a marking A: S-E-2A
the studs are in a rectangle shape of 90mm x 140mm the total length is 560mm
The boat it's on is a 2 ton 25 foot offshore fisher
