Been doing a lot of consideration. After reading some horror stories and the
problems with the boat that we have had already, were going to pull the block and replace it.
Freeze damage is a serious pita and I'm beyond exhausted dealing with problems already.
A new block is financially out of the question and the boat being 23 years old its simply not worth it
Despite wanting to be in the water this year, I'm just going to park the boat and keep my eyes out for a potential
donor.
I know Chevy s-10's and blazers, but what years would work?
The block cast number is 10105867 GM 4.3 ltr 262 CID
Carb is a Rochester Quadrajet 4 BBL S/N 17084516
Intake manifold Cast is 14095285
Engine S/N 0C873497
Its got a mechanical fuel pump
