Need Help to identify rubber piece that came off boat

In the picture their are red boxes of the rubber looks like tubing that goes completely around the boat and acts like a guard. What exactly is it called? Where can i buy? Whats a cheap replacement for it. I just looks like a think rubber tubing.

It's called the rub rail....you can google it there are many suppliers out there. You can also buy it right here on iboats.
