ok.... so I bought a 1966 Glasspar, with a johnson 60hp. The previous owner told me he thought there was a problem with the throttle cables.
Anyways point being, I took it to the lake for the first time last week and i got out, motor seemed to be running rather rich, he told me he ran a 1-20 fuel ratio, so thats what I did. next problem was, i got out of the no wake zone and tried to pick up speed and it wasnt doing anything so i floored it.
im not sure of the rpm, i do not have any gauges, but i can tell you I wasnt doing more than 10mph all day. Now she seemed to run great! except for that.

Now i know a little about engines and i havnt checked it out yet but i believe it is only running on one cylinder I will check it out and get back to you, the issue is im in an apartment for now so the boat is out on my moms property.

Now my MAIN questions were.... does anybody know what year this motor is? like i said its a 66 glasspar... so i figure its between 65 and 70? i know its the original motor....

it says electric super quiet, also says 60hp super seahorse.... i have the pic of the boat if it helps.. you can see the motor...

i would just like any feedback on my thoughts as to it only running one cylinder,
the year of the motor....

and if anybody knows the proper fuel ratios...

like i said i am totaly new to this, i love to fish and got tired of standing on shore so i bought a boat. total amature.... any help would be majorly appreciated... thank you!!

it's a 60'ish, without model number that is as close as i get. model number should be on 1"x2" plate on the transom bracket.
