Need help with 1956 evinrude bigtwin 30hp clutch dog fwd and reverse gear replacement.

Hello, I have a 56' bigtwin 30 that I have been bringing to life over the last few months. I finally got it on the rive and was idling through the no wake zone and was trying to plane it up when it popped out of gear. I tried to put it in reverse but was a no go, it worked fine when I backed it off the trailer but then it did not. It idled back to the trailer popping out of gear randomly. I'm wondering if you guys think it could be the clutch dog and if anyone knows what the part number is and for the foward and reverse gears or anything else that might need to be replaced? Also if anyone knows where I can find a parts list and/or a manual it would make my life so much easier! I've ordered way to many wrong parts to go at it again blind so thank you to anyone that helps!!

This is about 1 minute before it happned, I have rebuilt the carburetor and impeller along with getting new cables and a simplex controller and a 4 gallon mile master tank. Also I have no clue what type of boat it is if anyone knows I would love to hear about it!
