I have problems with the motor sneezing during start up and have done a search and realize it's because of a lean condition.
The sneeze as infrequent as it is blows out the seal at two of the bypass covers.
The gaskets are fine they just no longer seal.

When I replaced the gaskets last time I did not have the omc gasket sealant so I used High Tack gasket sealant.

This is really getting old, this will be my third time replacing these gaskets.

What am I doing wrong ?

All the lines were checked when I did the carbs.

I think the lean condition at start up is just a matter of me using the primer more.

My problem is the least little sneeze blows out the bypass cover seal which blows out gas/oil mix while running.

The motor runs great after abt. 30 seconds.
