need help with a 1985 35hp merc.

I have an 1985 35 hp merc. I have attached a pic of a broken piece. it broke off by shifting cable under the carborator. I need to know what this piece if called so i can get a new one. Can any one help me.

Can you see item 19 under SHIFT CONTROL LINKAGE to see if it is from there?
