Need some help identifying an Eska motor. The information that I have found on here say that it is a 3,4,6 or 7 bourse power. It has the water tube to the exhaust plate. No impeller or N-R. On the motor it self it has an aluminum tag with these numbers on it: T-634-07E and 5075835. I have looked around and cannot figure what model the Eska is. Needing to order a gasket kit for it and a carburetor kit. Thank you for any help.

The story behind the motor is my neighbor had it laying in his yard with the boat for the past twenty years. It was his dad's. I have been working in his yard and vehicle to help him out. One day he said grab that boat and motor if you want it and think you could get it running. It was running when I laid it there. So I am excited to get it running and use it.

Is there some where on the motor, lower unit or........... that the model number is stamped? Found one number below the power head of 26016.

Chances are your not going your find it but from what I know about the engine model its more than likley a 1965ish could be sears branded could be Eska, I have a old friend and forum member in Arkansas who has a cherry of 634-10 just about same as yours...the engine is called a V51 (5.1)

From Tom@buzzardsbluff
I'm gonna send you a few pics of a 3.5 I have. Sears model # 217.59501.
Tecumseh engine # T634-10, commonly referred to as the V-51 as it is 5.1
CID. I need a reedplate and carb for it. The reedplate was a factory
defect so it can't have much---if any---time on it. I'd like to see how
good a 'new' 3.5 '67 or '69 model would run. If you can come up with a
way to run down the needed parts I'd be grateful. I've been looking for
almost a year now. :-\

So the point is the engine model is the real tell tale and holds the answer, your 634-07 series will most likly be a Golden Jet (5hp)or even a Golden Jet 700 (7hp) the -07e make me think you could have a 700 model:)

I say pic a model from the list of Golden Jets with the -07 and be happy

PS I found Tom a brand new NOS reed plate and a used carb...he need's the hood so if anybody wants to donate a old skipper or Golden jet gas tank & hood let me know and I will pay shipping down to Tom.
