Just started having problem with starting in a morning or when its cold (morning sickness). It cranks but will not start. Having choke on does not help. Once I prime the carb with carb cleaner then it starts on first try, and seems like I'm good rest of the day. My earlier problem with lean sneeze and high idle problems seems like got fixed when I replaced the thmostat and readjusting idle air screw.

Are you sure the choke solenoid is closing the choke ?? Check it, and if not, adjust the choke solenoid plunger so that it is all the way in with the choke closed. The magnet is stronger and pulls harder the further in its adjusted.
