I have a 80 model 25hp Johnson that runs fine at start up but then after take off it boggs down and shuts off, and I have to pull the choke out to creap back to the dock. I have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel lines I have good pressure in the bulb, would the floater sticking in the carb create this problem or could it be something else? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Im going through fishing withdrawls.
