need help with o ring - reinstalling lower unit SP-A

I am in the process of reinstalling the lower unit on my 1990 Volvo SP-A. I bought a complete reseal kit that has all the o-rings, seals, etc. Everything has been pretty self explanatory till now.

There is a rubber seal at the bottom of the water tube - between the intermediate housing and the lower unit. I successfully replaced the seal around the bottom of the tube in the intermediate housing, but I do not seem to have the new seal that sits in the cavity in the lower unit. See pics below.

I looked at the part diagrams in the Volvo site - but cannot see which part this is. Their diagrams leave a lot to be desired at times!

Here's what the "gasket" looks like. (I don't know whether to describe it as a gasket or an o-ring):

I have nothing in the kit that comes close to this. There are a couple of unusual looking gaskets that come close... there are pictured here:

Not sure what to do. I could use the old gasket if necessary. It seems like the metal water tube will rotate on this gasket when turning. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I believe it is the smaller of the two lip seal things (going off of memory). the larger is for your steering helmet

Neither of the two lip seals are the correct size. Plus, the gasket I removed doesn't have 2 lips. I decided to reuse the old gasket as it doesn't appear to be that vital. I normally do not like reusing o-rings, etc... but simply cannot find the right part. The Volvo parts diagram for this area stinks!
