Need HELP with Oxidation

It's my first boat and it has a small amount of oxidation on the upper part of the boat.
Above the rubber rail. It's a bass boat. Would like to know some ways to get rid of the oxidation and get it to shine again. Don't want to spend a ton of money and need to get it done in the next few months before I go to Florida. Any help will be appreciated.

besides the usual ways, if you can happen to find some stuff made by 3M called Finish Restore, i would give it a shot. I never used it on a boat as I just got one, but I have used it on some cars that were oxidized pretty bad and it did a super job on those. I am guessing you would have similar results with gel coat, but not 100% sure. It costs under $12.00 so is worth a shot if u can find it
