Can anyone please give me an estimate of how much a 1967 14' Dorsett run-a-bout would be worth? It is a fiberglass boat. It has a 1978 25hp Evinrude
that runs well.

Thanks-

Joe-

Bond-o is right on the money, no pun intended. It's worth what anyone is willing pay on the day it sells. If you can, put the boat on the water for a motor test and to get the feel of the boat. In my neighborhood, that outboard is worth about $400-500 if hasn't been run exclusively in salt water...if so, it's worth 0 to $200 depending on condition. You need to inspect the boat for wear and tear and soundness of transom, deck and hull. Check www.fiberglassics.com for info on that brand of boat. If it's a popular make, someone there may have posted info on what it originally sold for, etc. Just don't part with your money until you are satisfied of its condition and that the necessary paperwork, titles, etc., are all in order.
