need help with removal of old deck

I have a 88 bass tracker and was wanting to replace the carpet but cant seem to get the deck off, I have taken all the screws out that I can see and some revits from the side panels but still cant get the deck out do I need to take the rivets off of the top rail or is this a bad idea any suggestions will be greatly appreciated thanks
