Need help with starter...

Hello am a newbie to boats, I recently bought a used 1978 cobalt boat 19". I burly found out it didn't come with a starter. My question is what kind of starter do I buy for it since I don't got an old one to get the part number from...
I was told engine was a ford 351.
Engine model # 990251N. Serial# W616903
Outdrive. Model# 981918. Serial # W18218

If someone can help me I would really appreciate it thanks.....
