Ok, I got all the wires connected under the dash, so I'm go there.. I'm working with the trim/tilt wires at the moment. And at this stage I am totally lost. I just found out that I have something called a trim/tilt box, which I thought was just another fuse box. In the pictures below, I have five wires coming from the tilt/trim under the dash, 3 wires from this tilt/trim box and the 3 wire plug on the harness. I have no Idea how to connect this. I know that I have power from the trim/tilt box, but, I'm also getting power from the switch wire I connected from the harness to the trim and tilt. So I have double power going into one unit. HELP.....

Okay...... my apologies...... while doing forum maintenace we lost your pictures

Lets first establish which T & T system you have.

The control box can be one of a few types. Some of the older ones had relays inside and I recently replaced one on my boat with a completely electronic one from CDI (I highly recommend ;))

Post a picture of the control box inside (It's guts) and we will be able to tell.
