Hello all...I just bought a 2005 JC 246 tritoon. I have acouple of questions that I am getting mixed information about and the manual is of no help.
1. I have two fuel fills next to each other at the port stern. One of the tanks has a anti-syphen bar in it and the other one doesn't. I filled the furthest tank outboard and the reserve gas increased. I then filled the inboard tank and the reserve still increased. My "Main" fuel gauge is reading just above empty and I have the boat running off the "Main" tank. My question...How many gallons does each tank hold (can't get a good answer) and which tank is which?
2. If the gas gauge is stuck or broken is there any quick trouble shooting to get it unstuck? The reserve works fine (I flip a switch to read between the two).
I never use forums, but I figured I could get some quality help here. I tried to call JC but they are closed. Thanks..Brooks
