Need Help

I have a 1979 70HP Evinrude Motor # 70973R and I need to know where to buy the kit to fix the power tilt and trim. It is leaking bad around the Black circles with all the holes in the where the cyclinders come through. I was wondering if someone could tell me where to get these and how hard are they to replace. Thanks

Don't know but maybe repost witha title like "tilt trim question".
Alot of time people won't look at a thread simply titled "need help"
