Need Help

After making the 20hour round trip I returned home to see a couple scuff marks and scratches on my brand new evinrude (blue). It looks like from mounting. Can you give me some advice on getting the scuff and scratches out...waxing helped some but not all the way. Thanks

Boy, be very careful, this has the potential to go from a very small problem to a huge one.

You can try some light finish compound on it then leave it alone, if you go through the paint or clear the only cure is to repaint the whole cover, you can't spot paint.

So use the light compund and then forget about it, after a week you won't notice it and noone else will either.

I repainted my boat this winter and the very first trip I scuffed it so i know what you mean.
