need info about an yugoslavian motor

I just recieved an out board motor. It is called Tomos-Koper and was made in yugoslavia.I'm trying to find info on it like hp and year. I've tried searching on the web, but everything I find is written in russian or something..The motor runs good and looks like mint condition, it is just missing the top cover for it. If anyone has any ideas or suggestion , I would be gratefull. I do have the serial number if anyone needs it to assist me in the search for information on it
