Need info on old Montgomery Ward engine.

Hello. I have an old engine with lower unit and prop still attached. my dad was gonna throw it away but thought it might be worth something. it says its model number 64GG-9005. still has original plate but not sure what i am looking at. let me know if anyone knows what it is worth. EDIT
