I was on the forum 6 month ago for a evinrude 9.9 1991 motor that i could not start when cold.We looked toghether for all the possibilities and we din't find the problem. I finaly tough it was a bad design carb. I went to a marine and have it check for the third time. They talk with an evinrude representent and he told them that in these years there was a missing screw on that carb. The marina sent me a photo of the carb with an arrow pointing the missing screw. Have any body heard of a recall for that carb? MOTOR MODEL CE10REIR SER: G0264326 They ask 280.00$ for a new carb. Is there anything else i could do, i already spent 300.00$ to no avail! thank you
