Need measurement for trim

I am trying to adjust the left trim sensor on Mercruiser Alpha one 4.3 v-6 I need to know the measurement for the max up lift with trim to prevent vibration.

21-3/4 in. +/- 1/4 in. for your 1989 sea ray 180BR. 4.3 liter Mercury alpha 1 out drive.

And thats measured from nut to nut
