I'm no where near as expert as all the other people posting here, but from what I researched on engines before my own upgrade, I have to say it comes down to this:
If you're already at 60-ish mph with your 350 and you want to hit 70 or more, you're gonna need a 454 or a 383 stroker.
There are incremental improvements you can make that will get you 4-5 more mph, but I somehow think if you can already go 60 that you're not looking to go 65. In a boat you can't add engine tweaks and get 10-15 more mph like in a car.
So how fast do you want to go?
