need more speed /20hp outboard

i've been racing small engines for a couple years now. i have a 20hp merc. my boat is flat bottom that weighs about 100lbs. its running about 42mph. i've already tweaked the read valves drilled the exhaust upgraded to a 25 carb. just need a bit more to get by the compitition, any suggestions?
