I bought a evinrude fastwin and need to find out the hp year and fuel mix ratio found serial # on mounting plate 184020-E04669

just looked this up for someone else with the same motor. 1964 fuel/oil 50/1 parts are available. best manual is the reprint OEM, outboardbooks.com
