Need part number to fix a serpentine belt tensioner

Hi guys,

On my Volvo Penta GSi from 1999 I was trying to adjust the tension of the accesories belt, the one which goes to the steering pump.

To do that, you have to unscrew two bolds. While doing that, the screw of one of them broke. Rust issue...

I need to change that screw, but despite my searches, I can't find the part number.

Can someone out there give me some help? :)
(see pictures attached)

Thanks!
FAB

Hi there, what size engine model do you have there?

Also just as an FYI, that style belt is called a V-belt not a serpentine belt.

Houps, you are right, V belt, of course. (V shape).
My engines are Volvo 5.7 liters GSi, installed in a 1999 Chris Craft.

Thanks for your answer.

I actually already saw this drawing, and unfortunately, the bracket number 2 is different from the one mounted on my engine. If you compare with the picture I posted, they are different.
And of course... so far, I can't find the right drawing. So I'm still without solution for now.

Since I'm learning how to use this (great) forum, I'm posting 2 more pictures ;-)
Any idea where I should look to get the right drawing/part?

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,..... Ya gotta get the broken bit of bolt outa that hole to begin with,.....

Once ya get it out, just buy another bolt that matches the length of what ya need,....
It ain't nothin' special, just a bolt,...

And what about ordering the right part instead of making it myself?
Cause, yes, I can even get it machined... but that was not the idea... lol ;-)

This schema may exist somewhere, anyway. I just need to find it :)

Sometimes the parts diagram can't always be used as an exact for photos but looking up item #2 part number on Ebay, I was able to confirm that it looks like your bracket to me. Here is a photo of the part number. http://www.ebay.com/itm/3856871-OMC...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 So the part number 20 should be the one you're looking for.

Awesome remark "Fun Times" !
You made my day, Using the same approach I found the part I need on Ebay aswell:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/VOLVO-PENTA..._Accessories_Gear&hash=item339e5e7fbc&vxp=mtr

Thanks for your help guys! :)
Oh cool you found it to be #33 (stud) that you needed.
Due to the angle of the first photo, I kept thinking you needed # 20. Looks like # 22 (3853557) is obsolete but if you find that you need one, http://www.ebay.com/itm/3853557-385..._Accessories_Gear&hash=item43b85f7116&vxp=mtr

Good luck.:)
