bought a 2006 tahoe q6,has a 4.3 mercruiser. we bought it to ski and tube with and it has a 3 blade 14 1/4 x 21 alumnium prop. would a 4 blade ss 19 help the hole shot? what would you recommend??
No need to go to ss for satisfactory performance.How is the hole shot now?
What is a wot rpm and speed with a light load?A 4 blade Solas Amita in a 19 will improve hole shot,stay on plane with less throttle and diddling,handle better on plane and at the dock with a slight reduction at top speed.Avoid excessive increase in diameter (approaching an inch) A ss will do the same things better at about triple the cost.
