Need Shop Manual for Johnson 90h.p. 1999

I took my Johnson 90hp,199,Model J90PLEEB,Serial <br />04671325... to a dealer last fall to have the engine prepared for winter(cost $300.00). When I try to start it, it will not start. I have fire to the plugs, new gas, and a good battery. When I called the dealer I was told that I needed to have the carbs cleaned and kits put in them at the cost of around $400.00. I would like to do this myself. Do you folks with experience, suggest that with the help of a shop manual I might be successful? I"m just an old farmer, and have maintained our equipment for years. I have a complete shop and time to do the job... Much more time than money.HA./. Hope that I will hear from you and thanks for you time. Paul

You can go to "theoutboardwizard" web site to purchase a factory manual. You can also call him to get the carb kits (appx $50). The rest is up to you. Did you verify gas in the bowls? Pump the fuel bulb tight? Push the key in for a count of 8 and then try to start? Did you try sprayin a little premixed fuel in the carb throats? For $300 the dealer should of conditioned the fuel and ran it thru the carbs and fogged the motor. Did you clean the plugs to remove fogger residue?<br />let us know<br />Good luck
