Need some help on a evinrude 48 spl ????

Hi guys got a 1992 evinrude 48 spl runs great but when i go from drive to neutral it wonts to die so i think i need to adjust the slow speed screw right? if so should i turn it in or out and how many truns and if that is not what i need to do then what? Thanks

I don't think it has a low speed mixture adjust.
So probably it is a speed adjustment so turn it far enough that it stays running.
IF you have a tach set at About 800 rpm.
