Need some imput on a 2001-20 foot w/a

I am looking at a Trophy 2002 pro model(last years model)for 20,000.00. Mainly gonna be used on Lake Mich.. I know about Bayliners past, any insight on the present would be greatly appreciated. Thany you all!!!!!!!!

What size engine. Most Bayliners seem to come rigged a little low on hp for me. Boats are a very personal thing. There seems to be as many good post as bad reguarding Bayliners some people hate'em some love'em.<br />Maintenance of a boat is very important reguardless of make or model.

Thanks lake the engine is a 125hp, but i can bump it to a 150 ob fo around 2700.00

Trophy,<br /><br />Get every bit of engine you can afford. It will make a huge difference in resale and set your Trophy apart from the rest of them. Just because you have it, doesn't mean you have to use it.<br /><br />I've crawled around a couple new Trophies and liked what I saw. Unfortunately, they will suffer for a while because of the Bayliner affiliation, whether deserved or not.<br /><br />I think it will be fine for what you're going to use it for. Just put more ponies on.
