If this post is not allowed I will remove pronto or moderator.I mean no disrespect.have a nice running powerhead on my seadrive. It has a 150 hp powerhead, the flat back exhust plate. I want to put a stainless marine bracket on it.Problem is finding a nice 25"shaft midsection with nice trim and tilt.Maybe someone who blew up their 80's model 150.I think 185 and 200 would work Johnson evin. dont matter. I want the lowerunit too.mine has too much corrosin, unless I can find a housing.Does anyone know where I can look. I have been trying ebay, and state of Fl. I would love lake country.

Try Superior Marine in Ft. Myers. Talk to Jack at 800-338-9281, really nice folks. You actually don't need the complete midsection but it'll be much easier to build, as you suspect, buying it that way. He'll know exactly what you want to do.
