need to decode 1989 mercruiser id tag

hello,
i m new and could use some help on an '89 mercruiser with 350 chevy motors
when i was cleaning the engines i found an id tag that said
mercruiser option code
111521304a260

would this be a 260 hp setup
??

Probably nothing more than a code on a part. Nothing that can be tracked down.
Look just above the starter on the back of the block. Should be a serial number tag riveted to the block. What are the numbers on it.
