Need to find year on Alumacraft B9281

Just purchased an Alumacraft 13.5' row boat with B9281 stamped into transom support. I want to put a 2.5hp outboard on it so I need to register it in Michigan. As a result the MI Secretary of State needs a "hull" number which is something like a 10 digit number and year of manufacture. Anybody out there with some expertise on these boats ?

Go back to the SOS and let them know you dont have a HIN. They will provide you with a MCZ HIN. You must then permanently affix this number to the boat. Ive done this 3 times so far.
