Need to know if anyone knows what i can do to repair my rollors?

I have a trailer that has a washed out identification marker. I have no idea what kind of trailer it is, I have a picture of what the roller assembly looks likes. I have a few more pic if needed. I am looking for option on how to fix and replace the rollers.
