Does it have a HIN? If so the last 2 digits might be what you are looking for. The HIN should be on the Starboard upper part of the transom.

Take a look HERE and see if you think it matches up. The boat might have a HIN on it (typically below the rub rail stamped into the stern) and there's sometimes data on the capacity plate (usually by the helm).

MFGA1555M741 Caprice 19 I/O Still dont know the year of it...

Educated guess (accuracy not guaranteed) is 1974 I'm sure you can see where I got this from. Don't think there was much conformity in marking the hulls until early 80's.
Engine and drive SN would help narrow it down to a year or two.


Builder? Molded Fiber Glass boat company, I believe from Australia.

Thanks I saw some pictures of a 75 and they look really similar. I will post other pics of the plate I found on it.
