Need to know year of powerhead...

Is there any number on the powerhead to know the year of it? Just the powerhead itself. Thanks.<br /><br />Billy

I thought we determined it was a 70 - 72 115?<br /><br />All parts are the same for the silver block 115's.<br /><br />The "revised" powerhead for the 140 came out in 1972 and was painted black, the 115 held over and got the new design in 1973.<br /><br />-W

Well disregard this post. My brother was looking at buying this powerhead but changed his mind.
