I'm planning of dissembling and cleaning the carbs on my '00 115hp Johnson this winter. I'm I going to have trouble starting the engine after rebuilt? Thanks
Take lots of digital pics of the linkage and put it back just like you found it. Mark it if nessesary, too. This will get you close enough to get her running. Then follow the manual for the lync and sync procedure.. ..Pump the bulb up tight after you reconnect the fuel line and fire her up...
Shouldn't have to do anything if you don't mess with any of the linkage adjustments, and there is no reason to mess with any of them to do a carb overhaul.
