Hi, 2 quick questions...
I bought a used '86 or '87 Johnson 60 VRO, all the wires & cables were cut when the previous owner removed it. I bought all new harnesses, etc.
1) Among the replacement stuff is a new oil tank with a 2-wire harness, with a small rectangular plug on the end. I don't find any place to connect this plug to the motor. Where does it go?
2) on the back of the motor, coming from the top, is a wiring harness with 2 tan wires coming off separately. Both appear tan (they are dirty so that's my best guess) and they both have a rubber connection that turns into a black wire. One goes to a sensor of some sort beside the head. The other is cut and just dangling... any suggestions on what it might be are appreciated.
