Need year & gap info. for a Johnson Outboard Motor

I got a 15hp Johnson Seahorse outboard motor.The model # is J15RCNC. The Serial # is E5616131. Having trouble finding the year, the gap for the sparkplugs and oil/gas ratio. Please Help!!!!

Year is 1982, sparkplug should be Champion QL77JC4 gapped at .030, fuel should be 50:1, 87 octane gas to TC-W3 outboard oil.
