Needed part "No Longer Available" 1988 Evinrude 120 VRO

My mechanic is trying to get my '88 Evinrude 120 VRO running smoothly again. He wants to replace a part that is listed by Evinrude as "No Longer Available"...

He suggested I try to find a source online. The part # is 432095 "Spark Advance Link"

Any suggestions how I might find a part that is "No Longer Available"?
