How do you adjust the neutral Start switch on a Volvo Penta 4 cyl remote?

You do mean the no-start-in-gear switch in the control housing.
Depends on you brand of control, most are non adjusable. What seem to be the problem with it?

I have to move the lever aft of neutral while holding the key in the start position and wiggle the handle around until I find that one spot which will activate the starter. It's a big PITA, Most boats you just let it pop in neutral and the starter works.

Take the remote apart and see if it can be adjusted. Sounds to me like it is new control time.

Does any one have a schematic of these single handle controller's with T/T. Mine looks like a standard telex controller.
