New 03 Sea Ray 176 owner, how to use quick drain block and mainfold handle to winterize?

Hey guys I am new to this boat and it has a 3.0 mercruiser motor with the quick disconnect hoses and handle on the right side of the motor. I do not have a service manual but what is the proper way to use this handle to drain all the water from the engine for winterizing? Should I add coolant anywhere or just drain the block and manifold? Thanks in advance.

If it’s the 3.0, it un latches from its bracket and you hold it down to bilge to drain. Or is it the valve type and a larger 4.3 or 5.0/5.7 ?
as for the rest of your question. I’d only cause an argument if I commented on what’s right. Hahah

The handle only holds the hoses, release the quick discs ,lower the hoses to drain. If nothing is coming out out the hose, remove the hoses at the block and manifold and probe to insure it is draining
