Hmm... I have 2 new gaskets on the tank (rubber diaphragm and the cork main seal) I don't have any of them other things... Is there another way to check tank pressure?

you can improvise with a bicycle tire pump connected to the air line. a bit of soapy water will show any leaks at the gaskets on the tank or the screw heads. ( dont rule out the o-rings at the connecter tho....they are probably original) and stay below 10 psi to test.
